1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ggbro platform ("Service"), including the desktop application, web application, API, and any related services operated by JadaDev ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are between 13 and 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you may only use the Service with the consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
• One person may not maintain more than one account without prior approval.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
• Upload, share, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Share content depicting or promoting the exploitation or abuse of minors.
• Engage in harassment, bullying, hate speech, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, gender, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
• Distribute malware, viruses, or any other harmful software.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other users' accounts, or related systems.
• Use the Service for spam, phishing, or social engineering attacks.
• Scrape, data-mine, or automatically collect user information without authorization.
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the Service.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation.
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose not expressly authorized by us.
• Sell, trade, or transfer your account to another party.

5. User Content

• You retain ownership of content you create and share through the Service ("User Content").
• By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content solely as necessary to operate and improve the Service.
• You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you share.
• We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines.

6. Premium Services (GGBRO Plus)

• Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription ("GGBRO Plus").
• By purchasing GGBRO Plus, you agree to pay the stated price and any applicable taxes.
• GGBRO Plus subscriptions may be purchased through PayPal or promotional codes.

7. Server Verification

Server verification is a paid feature that grants additional privileges such as vanity URLs. Verification status may be revoked if the server violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines, without refund.

8. Bots and API Usage

• You may create bots and integrations using our API subject to these Terms.
• Bot accounts must be clearly identified as bots (the "[BOT]" tag is automatically applied).
• Bots must not be used to violate these Terms, spam users, or abuse the platform.
• We reserve the right to disable, restrict, or remove any bot or API access that harms the Service or its users.
• Each user is limited to 5 bot applications.
• API usage that places excessive load on our infrastructure may be throttled or restricted.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, logos, and branding, is owned by JadaDev and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our express written permission.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

11. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms, is harmful to other users or the Service, or for any other reason.
• You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
• Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive (including ownership, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability).

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL JADADEV BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JadaDev and its affiliates, officers, and employees from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

15. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
